Welcome. My name is Sarika.
I founded Empowered inSight to move into alignment with my calling and purpose which is to be in service to others by guiding you towards your own journey back to self. The self before the world told you who you needed to be. Before the lived trauma became trapped. The Self behind the masks we adorn for validation. Your Authentic and true Self. This journey is not a walk in the park and everyone needs a witness and guide along the path. The symbol of the white lotus in my logo represents this process of unveiling and growing through the 'mud' of our experiences, our unconscious patterns, and our traumas, to blossom into our truest potential. Though sometimes messy, the path to self discovery is rich with nourishment and integral to living a life of Joy, alignment, abundance and integrity. What could be better?

My Philosophy: Empowering lasting transformation and unlocking pure, authentic potential, one person at a time, for a better world. With the medicine of love, awareness, and sovereignty we can awaken our fullest expression of life.
My Approach: I Guide and Facilitate multi-dimensional growth by focusing on the Whole person; integrating heart, mind, body and Soul.
Through embodied coaching, new-possibility thinking, energy work and intuitive guidance I support individuals, relationships and team's in unlocking and unleashing the fullest and highest expression of potential.
Each journey is a holistic activation, bridging science, spirit, and sovereignty to create transformation that is authentic, embodied, and lasting.

I have over 20 years of experience in engineering, supply-chain and continuous improvement.
Beneath the metrics and methodologies, my journey has always been guided by a deeper calling: healing, alignment, and energetic integrity.
I’ve been immersed in energy work since my teens, trained as a Usui Reiki Master and mentored by intuitive healers across modalities including astrology, crystal healing, shamanism and channeling. This has always been work that my Higher Self called me to. Through my own inner work and healing, my practice is constantly evolving. Empowered inSight sessions embody a multidimensional approach that blends neuro-science, energetic awareness (our energy as currency), quantum physics (frequency decoding) and intuitive, channeled healing techniques to support deep transformation.
For individuals this is coming home to the wholeness of the authentic Self. A sacred co-creation as we work together towards this vision. For business and teams, the techniques and philosophies I employ facilitate the empowerment of insights in leadership and their teams towards sustained operational and performance excellence. I am currently undergoing my Enneagram practitioner accreditation to deepen my Coaching practice even further.
My Vision for Empowered inSight is to guide others in bridging the gap between personal sovereignty and identity to find purpose and meaning in this lifetime. For businesses that work with me, it is the translation of the tangible in operational excellence and the intangible in soulful leadership into business excellence and wealth.
It is my deep belief that stepping back into Self and who we truly are is the foundation of impact and that when we align with our truth and not our external identities, we unlock our greatest potential. Through this potential, we live fuller, healthier, more abundant lives.
